At I’Msignia Beach Front Resorts, every detail is thoughtfully considered to make your stay seamless, comfortable, and memorable. Our Terms & Conditions provide essential information about reservations, payments, check-in and check-out, cancellations, and other arrangements related to your stay.
They also outline important guidelines for enjoying our resort facilities, beachfront, pools, park areas, and services safely and responsibly. We invite you to review these terms before your visit so you can enjoy your I’Msignia experience with ease and peace of mind.
1. Rates
All rates are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are subject to applicable taxes, service charges, and other government-mandated fees, unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment
Full payment must be settled on or before check-in through any of the following:
• Cash or credit card at the Front Desk;
• Online Payment Link provided by the Reservations Team; or
• Bank deposit made at least three (3) banking days prior to check-in.
3. Check-In Requirements
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport upon check-in. The name on the identification document must correspond with the reservation details.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and standard check-out time is 12:00 NN.
Early check-in and late check-out may be requested through the Front Office and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
5. Extension of Stay
Requests for additional nights are subject to room availability and the prevailing room rate applicable to the extended stay.
6. Booking Changes
Any changes to the reservation, including travel dates, room type, number of guests, or other booking details, must be coordinated with the Reservations Team. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges or rate adjustments
7. .Cancellation and Amendment
Unless otherwise stated in the confirmed booking or promotional offer:
• Cancellations and amendments are free of charge until three (3) days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made within three (3) days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
8. No-Show and Late Arrival
Guests who do not arrive within twelve (12) hours from the scheduled check-in time will be considered a No-Show and will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
Guests paying upon check-in who expect to arrive after 6:00 PM must inform the Reservations Team in advance. Failure to provide notice or guarantee the reservation may result in the room being released after 6:00 PM.
9. Peak Season and Holiday Bookings
During peak seasons, holidays, and special events, reservations may require a guarantee or prepayment of the total booking amount at least seven (7) days prior to check-in through Online Payment Link, Credit Card Authorization, or Bank Deposit.
I’Msignia Beach Front Resorts reserves the right to cancel or release reservations if the required guarantee or payment is not received within the specified deadline.
10. Credit Card Verification
For reservations paid or guaranteed by credit card, the guest may be required to present the physical credit card used for the booking and a valid government-issued photo ID of the cardholder upon check-in.
If the cardholder is not the staying guest, the guest must provide the required authorization and verification documents requested by the Resort. The Resort reserves the right to refuse check-in or cancel a reservation where the required verification cannot be completed or where fraudulent or unauthorized card use is suspected.
11. Incidental Deposit
A PHP 3,000.00 cash incidental deposit per night is required upon check-in.
The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, subject to inspection of the room and settlement of any applicable charges, including damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or other incidental expenses.
12. Hotel and Park Facilities
Access to I’Msignia Beach Front Resorts’ hotel facilities, beachfront areas, swimming pools, park areas, and other amenities is subject to the applicable operating hours, capacity limits, safety regulations, weather conditions, and Resort policies.
Certain activities, facilities, or park attractions may require additional fees, reservations, or specific age and safety requirements.
The Resort reserves the right to temporarily close or restrict access to any facility without prior notice when required for maintenance, safety, weather conditions, government regulations, or operational requirements.
13. Guest Safety and Conduct
Guests must follow all safety signs, rules, and instructions provided by Resort personnel when using the hotel, beachfront, swimming pools, park, recreational facilities, and other amenities.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times, particularly in swimming, beachfront, and recreational areas.
The Resort reserves the right to refuse or terminate access to its facilities for guests who engage in disruptive, abusive, dangerous, illegal, or inappropriate behavior.
14. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
I’Msignia Beach Front Resorts is located in a beachfront area and may be affected by weather conditions, including typhoons, heavy rain, strong winds, high waves, flooding, or other natural events.
For the safety of guests and employees, the Resort may suspend or restrict beachfront, water, park, or other outdoor activities when conditions are considered unsafe.
The Resort shall not be held responsible for interruptions, delays, closures, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable Philippine laws and regulations.
15. Damage to Resort Property
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or destruction of Resort property caused by themselves or persons accompanying them.
The Resort reserves the right to charge the applicable repair, replacement, or restoration cost against the guest’s incidental deposit or payment method.
16. Smoking and Vaping
Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas. Smoking or vaping inside guest rooms or other prohibited areas may result in applicable cleaning, restoration, or penalty charges.
17. Environmental Protection
Guests are required to observe all applicable environmental rules within the Resort, beachfront, and park areas.
Littering, damaging plants or landscaping, disturbing wildlife, removing natural resources, or engaging in activities prohibited by local environmental regulations is strictly prohibited.
18. Lost and Found
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Any lost item found within the Resort premises should be immediately reported to the Front Office.
Lost and found items will be handled in accordance with the Resort’s Lost and Found Policy.
19. Hotel Keepers Act
The Hotel Keepers Act of the Philippines, as applicable, shall govern the rights, responsibilities, and liabilities of the Resort and its guests with respect to guest accommodations and property.
20. Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation, checking in, or using the facilities and services of I’Msignia Beach Front Resorts, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Resort’s applicable rules and policies.
